Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Dedicated Astrological Preparation Unlike generic consultations, every session with Harshvaardhaan involves hours of meticulous mathematical chart casting, Vimshottari Dasha calculations, and Shodasavarga cross-referencing prior to your scheduled dialogue. Consequently, fees compensate for professional preparatory time and intellectual discernment.

2. Rescheduling Policy We understand that high-stakes enterprise schedules and sovereign commitments fluctuate. Patrons may reschedule their consultation without penalty by providing at least 48 hours advance notice to our concierge desk. We will gladly accommodate the earliest mutually convenient opening.

3. Cancellation & Refund Guidelines - **Notice of 72 Hours or More Prior to Session:** If a cancellation is requested prior to chart drafting, a refund less a 15% administrative and intake processing charge will be issued. - **Notice Within 48 Hours or Post-Dossier Preparation:** If chart calculation and preliminary analysis have commenced, honorariums are non-refundable. However, the session credit remains valid for up to 12 months for rescheduling or transferring to a family member's chart review. - **Emergency Exceptions:** Exceptional circumstances (medical exigencies or natural force majeure) will be reviewed with benevolence by our managing desk.

4. Dossier & Report Orders Written reports (such as the Special Dhan & Wealth Report) are custom-researched bespoke manuscripts. Once the chart drafting process begins, written reports are non-refundable.
